This may sound simple but we've got to keep with the times! So here are some things through research that I found. I hope they are helpful to you! Breads: * manchet *Carter's bread * wheat *rye *fruit bread(Apples, pears and cherries) *crossiants *baggets Sweets: * Dough *Pies *tarts *quiches *shepards pie( more of a meal but had pie crust all the same) *cakes Yes these things were around. However, not quite like today and some of the more fancy things could only be afforded by the Royals or those of high position. Such as a big cake or a fancy pie, during a royal feast.
